DEEP REGGIE is a Florida-based, pop-reggae band built around lead singer-guitarist Bud Tropico. The members are an all-star conglomerate from Jamaica, Trinidad, St. Croix and Florida. The band has been performing live and recording for several years, recently completing their first full length, original studio compact disc. The songs on the first release range from hard reggae, to ska, surf, and Florida rock and roll. You are listening to a sample of the CD right now... The music is fun loving, danceable, and upbeat, staying away from hate songs, politics, and other controversial subjects. We are not angry!
Plans for this year are to tour the Southeast college circuit, as well as opening concerts and playing festivals with tropical themes. Future plans are national tours, international tours, and no limits.
